My love for adventure and travel has led me to a fresh new beginning here in Bay City!

After years of exploring different communities and learning from diverse clients, I'm excited to bring that experience to Michigan's Great Lakes Bay Area.

I believe every person has a unique story, and every body deserves care that honors that story.

From Oregon to Bay City

Where It All Began

I studied Family & Human Services at the University of Oregon before discovering my calling in massage therapy at Lane Community College in Eugene. My early work with adults with disabilities and chiropractic teams taught me that healing truly isn't one-size-fits-all.

Island Life - Florida Keys

A taste of island life led me to work at a premium spa in the Florida Keys, where I treated international clients and discovered my love for fitness and movement through yoga, running, and paddle boarding.

Mountain Community - Olympic Peninsula

Four years in Port Townsend gave me the joy of working with an incredible community—active retirees, skilled boatbuilders, dedicated farmers, and busy business owners. My office was just a block from the water with mountain views, and every client taught me something new about resilience and strength.

Home in Bay City

Now I'm here, ready to bring all these experiences together in service of this wonderful community.

My Approach to Healing

I've been mindfully practicing massage therapy for years, supporting people in their healing process whether they're recovering from injuries or maintaining an active lifestyle. My diverse experience—from professional athletes to cancer patients, expectant mothers to elderly clients—has taught me to truly meet people where they are.

Some days you need deep tissue work. Other days, gentle care. I want you to get the most out of our time together.
